곰돌이 모양의 귀여운 버터 쿠키를 만들었어요.
기본 버터 쿠키에 3가지의 코코아 파우더를 사용해 색을 만들어 곰돌이 모양으로 구워봤는데 정말 귀엽더라구요.

저는 곰돌이 주먹밥 틀을 사용했는데 다른 커터가 있으시면 다양하게 사용하셔도 좋답니다.
예쁘고 귀여워서 선물로도 너무 좋을 것 같아요~

재료

  • 무염버터 113g
  • 설탕 75g
  • 달걀 25g
  • 바닐라 익스트랙 2g
  • 박력분 225g
  • 코코아파우더 1.5g
  • 다크 코코아파우더 1.5g
  • 블랙 코코아파우더 1g

만드는 과정

  1. 실온 버터를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕을 넣고 밝은 색이 될 때까지 휘핑한다.
  2. 달걀과 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 밀가루를 체에 쳐서 넣고 섞어 한 덩어리로 만든다.
  3. 반죽을 조금 떼어 놓고 2개로 나눈 뒤 코코아 파우더, 다크 코코아 파우더, 블랙 코코아 파우더로 색을 낸다.
  4. 유산지 사이에 반죽을 놓고 밀대로 밀어 편 뒤 냉장실에서 30분 정도 휴지시킨다.
  5. 커터로 모양을 만들어 곰돌이 얼굴을 조합하여 만든다.
  6. 160도 오븐에서 12분 정도 굽는다.
